Please download logmein here  and follow these Instructions
After downloading to your PC you will need to install it.
Run logmein.msi and

Click "Next"

Click "I Agree"

The default of Typical is fine click "Next"

Here it has your PC name by default. It is what we will see in a list of our clients computers. Please change this if it just says Computer or PC etc
 to your first and last name and make it a we bit easier for us and click "Next"

Please enter the your new personalised email address & password we have given you and change LogMeIn Pro2 to LogMeIn Free and click "Next"
(IMPORTANT: if you are getting asked to setup a new account you have entered the login and or password wrong. CLICK BACK)

This is fine click "Next" and Click "Finish"

Now you are ready for us to help you.
